Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries, orders, and returns during evening hours.
- Operate computer systems to process orders and update customer accounts.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in organizing the warehouse floor.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure operational continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
