Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist with product stocking, organization, and inventory management.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean, safe, and organized.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation (required for shift flexibility).
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
