Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions during evening hours.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a focus on total satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure smooth daily operations and meet sales targets.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding safety and loss prevention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and rotating weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
