Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, locating items, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Ensure the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain inventory levels and support operational goals.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
