Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services in a professional and timely manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring all payments are handled correctly.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays to maintain an organized and appealing store environment throughout the evening shift.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak evening hours.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and minor complaints with patience and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated entry-level candidates.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse range of people.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
