Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email during evening shifts.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Update customer account information and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service handovers.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
