As a Part-Time Evening Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers have a seamless experience from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. This is an immediate hire opportunity with a competitive hourly rate and a supportive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts.
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic demeanor.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback within our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements to management.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a retail or tech support environment is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Must be available to work evenings, including weekends, as required by business needs.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high performance standards.
