Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during evening and weekend operations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using our hospitality software
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all public areas and guest facilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Process payments accurately and manage cash handling procedures
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for weekend functions
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
