- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Resolve technical issues and provide product guidance with patience and expertise

- Document interactions and identify process improvement opportunities
- Adhere to company security protocols and data privacy standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and troubleshooting software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and evening availability (minimum 20 hours/week)
