- Provide outstanding in-person customer service during evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and transactions
- Operate POS systems and maintain accurate sales records

- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train our team!
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable evening availability (minimum 20 hours/week)
