Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through in-person interactions and phone support
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Assist with merchandise display, stock replenishment, and inventory management
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized store environment
- Participate in evening closing procedures including securing the premises
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere during peak evening hours
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
