Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries and purchases
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized product displays
- Process returns and exchanges while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Follow safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transactions
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to evening shifts (typically 4 PM - 10 PM)
- Basic math skills and comfort with technology
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Must be available at least 3 evenings per week
