Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash/card payments.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Restock inventory and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and priced.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we train willing candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
