Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries with precision
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Maintain clean, organized public areas and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless evening operations
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including filing and data entry
Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) including weekends

- Reliable transportation to our downtown location
