- Deliver exceptional 5-star customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Expertly handle product inquiries, returns, and transaction processing
- Execute visual merchandising and inventory management procedures
- Collaborate with evening team to achieve daily sales targets
- Maintain pristine store appearance and safety standards
- Process cash and digital payments with 100% accuracy
- Participate in evening inventory audits and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Flexible availability for evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Arizona ID and reliable transportation
