Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from opening to closing.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Process returns, exchanges, and manage inventory counts during off-peak hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate with the daytime management team to ensure seamless store operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
