Responsibilities

- Manage inventory stock levels, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and courteously.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to meet visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
