Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized concierge services including restaurant reservations, event bookings, and local attraction recommendations
- Manage VIP guest requests with discretion and efficiency, including transportation arrangements and special occasion planning
- Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences during evening hours
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of DC's current events, exhibitions, and seasonal offerings
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and resolve service issues promptly
- Execute check-in/check-out procedures for evening arrivals/departures
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail in all guest interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury hospitality or high-end concierge experience
- Extensive knowledge of Washington DC's dining, entertainment, and cultural venues
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual capabilities preferred
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in high-pressure situations
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record for occasional errands
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
