Responsibilities
- Provide personalized guest assistance including restaurant recommendations, transportation arrangements, and local attraction bookings
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for VIP guests during evening hours
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional professionalism
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Maintain detailed logs of guest preferences and special requests
- Assist with emergency response protocols as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays consistently
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera/Micros preferred)
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean record
- Basic knowledge of Seattle attractions and transportation systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
