- Respond to emergency situations calmly and effectively following established protocols
- Assist with event coordination and resident communications
- Conduct regular property inspections during evening hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, concierge, or customer service role

- Valid New York State Security Guard License preferred
