Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support during evening hours
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care coordinator
- Assist with mobility transfers and medication reminders
- Maintain accurate care documentation
- Transport clients to evening appointments as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate nature with patience for elderly care
- Basic understanding of senior care best practices
- Flexibility to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication skills
