Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including mobility support and medication reminders
- Monitor client health status and document observations accurately
- Assist with evening meal preparation and dietary accommodations
- Ensure safe environment through regular safety checks
- Respond to client needs promptly during overnight hours
- Maintain detailed care records and shift reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (training provided if needed)
- Strong communication and observational skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for 3-4 evening shifts weekly (11 PM - 7 AM)
