Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, authentic interactions
- Manage cash register and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workspace and equipment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Collaborate with team during peak evening rush hours
- Share coffee knowledge and educate customers on offerings
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work 4-5 evenings per week (4PM-10PM)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US
- Reliable transportation to our SE Portland location
