Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, and seasonal creations
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Manage cash transactions and POS systems accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across coffee stations
- Support inventory management and restocking operations
- Collaborate with team during peak evening rush periods
- Train new evening staff on beverage recipes and service standards
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for coffee and commitment to quality
- Must be 18+ years old
