Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffees, artisanal drinks, and light bites with precision
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening peak hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage POS transactions, cash handling, and daily reconciliation
- Maintain pristine hygiene standards across bar and service areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless evening operations
- Upsell premium beverages and seasonal offerings
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and warmth
Qualifications
- Previous barista or hospitality experience preferred
- Valid UK work authorization and right to work
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 10kg
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic food hygiene certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous
- Reliable evening availability (minimum 3 shifts/week)
