Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso drinks with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing product recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of espresso station, brewing equipment, and customer areas
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team during peak evening hours for seamless service
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or food service experience preferred
- Flexible availability Monday-Sunday, 4 PM - 11 PM shifts
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles a plus
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
