Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks including espresso, lattes, and pour-overs
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Manage cash operations and process POS transactions accurately
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workstations and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth evening rush operations
- Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience
- Ability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) weekends required
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and preferences
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
