Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso drinks with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with customers, providing product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS system efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of coffee stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening rushes
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for specialty coffee and willingness to learn advanced techniques
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Reliable transportation and evening availability (minimum 3 shifts/week)
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
