- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, specialty coffees, and artisanal beverages
- Operate POS systems with accuracy for cash and mobile transactions
- Ensure exceptional customer service during evening peak hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Maintain spotless workspace and uphold food safety standards
- Collaborate with team during inventory and closing procedures
- Engage customers with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
