Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso drinks with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Ensure cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee/supplies
- Collaborate with team to maintain consistent quality standards
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Flexible availability Monday-Sunday evenings (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Passion for coffee and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Must be 18+ years old to handle equipment
