Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve premium coffee beverages using espresso machines and manual brewing techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain spotless cleanliness of station, equipment, and customer areas
- Operate POS system accurately for orders, payments, and inventory tracking
- Collaborate with team during evening rushes to ensure seamless operations
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous food service or barista experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with genuine customer enthusiasm
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible availability including weekends (4-6 hour evening shifts)
- Reliable transportation to Music Valley location
- Must be 18+ to operate espresso equipment
- Food Handler certification a plus
