Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and seasonal specialties
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and efficiency
- Maintain spotless cleanliness of workstations and customer areas
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Collaborate with team during peak evening rush periods
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in specialty coffee or high-volume food service
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Strong multitasking ability in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability for evening/weekend shifts
- Basic cash handling experience required
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
