Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with guests during peak evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Maintain a spotless, organized workspace and espresso station
- Process cash and digital payments accurately
- Collaborate with team during busy rushes while maintaining quality standards
- Contribute to seasonal menu development and promotions
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Passion for coffee and exceptional hospitality
