Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Operate POS systems efficiently while handling cash transactions accurately
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening rushes to ensure seamless operations
- Stock and rotate inventory of coffee products, pastries, and supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn brewing techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexibility to work evenings (4 PM - midnight), weekends, and holidays
