Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks and beverages following premium recipes and presentation standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, authentic New Orleans hospitality
- Operate POS systems accurately while handling cash transactions and tips
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of espresso machines, counters, and customer areas
- Support inventory management and restocking of cafe supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening and weekend rushes
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-volume setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible availability for evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
