Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks including espresso, pour-overs, and seasonal beverages
- Engage warmly with customers, providing recommendations and personalized service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and customer areas
- Operate POS systems accurately and process cash/transactions efficiently
- Collaborate with team members during peak rush periods to ensure seamless operations
- Contribute to inventory management and restock supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and genuine passion for coffee culture
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced evening environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (minimum 3 days/week)
- Must be 18+ or possess valid work authorization
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Team player with positive attitude and reliability
