Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and creativity
- Operate espresso machines and maintain cleanliness of brewing equipment
- Process customer orders efficiently using POS systems
- Manage cash handling and daily cash reconciliation
- Stock and organize coffee ingredients and retail products
- Provide exceptional customer service during peak evening hours
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming cafe atmosphere
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Food Handler's certification preferred (will train)
