Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while upselling premium offerings
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening rushes to ensure seamless operations
- Source and maintain high-quality coffee beans and fresh ingredients

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in high-energy evening environments (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Reliable transportation and punctual availability for scheduled shifts
- Basic POS system proficiency and cash handling experience
