Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Provide exceptional customer service through warm, knowledgeable interactions
- Operate espresso machines and maintain cleanliness of the coffee station
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Manage inventory and restock supplies during evening shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for specialty coffee and willingness to learn brewing techniques
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Availability for evening shifts (typically 3pm-11pm)
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
