Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine enthusiasm
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of coffee stations and common areas
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members to create a seamless workflow
- Uphold food safety standards and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn specialty techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Food Handler's Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
