Responsibilities
- Demonstrate Products: Expertly set up and demonstrate audio equipment to customers, showcasing features and benefits effectively.
- Customer Service: Provide a welcoming and professional environment, answering technical questions and assisting with product selection.
- Inventory Control: Manage the stock of demonstration equipment and retail floor inventory to ensure a tidy and organized showroom.
- Sales Support: Assist in achieving sales targets by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate equipment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all provided demonstration gear is cleaned, tested, and stored correctly after every use.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey from entry to checkout.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with consumer electronics, audio systems, or home theater technology is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a general audience.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift equipment (up to 25 lbs) as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
