Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
- Restock merchandise and maintain store appearance to company standards.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory counts, stocking shelves, and facing product displays.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales goals and operational targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with patience and professionalism.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation is required.
