Responsibilities
- Set up and manage event stations using provided equipment (tents, tables, signage, tech gear)
- Guest interaction and attendee support with branded supplies
- Equipment inventory and quality checks before/after shifts
- Coordinate with venue staff using provided communication devices
- Execute event protocols using supplied safety and sanitation materials
- Break down stations and return equipment to designated storage
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with provided support gear
- Customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability for evenings/weekends (supplied schedules)
- No equipment handling experience required – we train!
- Basic tech comfort with supplied devices
- Positive attitude and teamwork orientation
