Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using professional espresso machines and grinders
- Operate and maintain provided brewing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Manage inventory of provided supplies and report equipment maintenance needs
- Uphold strict hygiene standards for all provided tools and workstations
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience
- Proficiency with espresso machines and coffee grinders (training provided)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Basic cash handling experience
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
