Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues, providing step-by-step solutions to end-users.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM database accurately.
- Collaborate with senior support staff to resolve complex technical cases and escalate when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with product updates and technical documentation to provide accurate information.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective communication.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (35+ WPM).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
- Willingness to learn new software and technologies quickly.
