Responsibilities
- Guest registration, ticket scanning, and attendee assistance at event entrances
- Setup and breakdown of event spaces, including tables, chairs, and decor
- Coordination with vendors and team leads to ensure seamless operations
- Enforcing venue safety protocols and managing crowd flow during peak times
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving attendee inquiries
- Monitoring inventory and supplies during events
- Assisting with post-event cleanup and equipment return
