Responsibilities
- Execute event setup and teardown procedures including staging, signage, and equipment placement
- Provide exceptional guest assistance through directional guidance, ticket verification, and information dissemination
- Maintain crowd control and safety protocols at assigned venue zones
- Manage vendor coordination and supply distribution during events
- Document incident reports and operational feedback for post-event analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
