Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout the shopping experience
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Assist customers with product inquiries, locate items, and offer recommendations
- Maintain organized and visually appealing store displays and merchandise
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process returns/exchanges per company policy
