Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, drip coffee, and specialty beverages according to recipes
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, welcoming demeanor
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required – we train everything!
- Must be at least 18 years old to handle equipment
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the coffee industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle multiple tasks
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
