Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks following precise recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately handle cash transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace including espresso machines and service areas
- Engage warmly with customers, answer questions, and build positive relationships
- Assist with inventory management and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety protocols and uphold brand standards consistently
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required – training provided
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn coffee techniques
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
